This site was created to inform, entertain, and share the greatness of Tai Chi with modern day people. In my humble opinion, if people really knew how amazing and cool Tai Chi is, everyone would be doing it. In this site, I will share my experience and my truth at the moment I am writing. This site is my Tai Chi playground and I hope you will join me with child-like wonder. (More on why I created this site, click here.)

In this playground, Tai Chi is the adventure world -- I encourage you to find your truth and experience the world of Tai Chi yourself. When you are reading anything on this site, please do not take my word for it. Go test it out - and create your truth and experience. Perhaps my writing will trigger something in you that bring forth new experience or realization in your life.

If you live near Los Angeles or Santa Monica, please visit the classes at Shakti's Elements. (Website: http://www.shaktiselements.com/)  Master Zi is my master from I learned mostly everything that I know about Tai Chi. I will write more about him on the site...He is incredible.

My class is on Saturday mornings at 8:30 am at Shakti's Elements. It's a wonderful way to start your day with Tai Chi.
